PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES for Shop pieces. 

All orders are made per order from the shop so processing is 1 week. After your order has been processed and is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number! Depending on your location shipping/delivery can take up to 5 business days.

 When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at my.nyorder@gmail.com. During sale periods we will endeavor to commit to our normal delivery times, however some deliveries may take 5 days longer. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

 

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

 Duties charged for processing by your country are not included in prices. Duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We are not responsible for any Taxes or Duty incurred by your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Return postage costs are not refundable. Mimmy Yeboah does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please contact your local custom office to obtain your tax refund.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at my.nyorder@gmail.com to ensure adjustments can be applied. If your order has already been processed, Mimmy Yeboah accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation. Mimmy Yeboah reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

You may exchange your Mimmy Yeboah online shop purchase for any reason, including sale items, subject to adherence to the following terms. No returns on all items, unless received faulty. 

 

Exchanges are accepted on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

 

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Once the tags have been removed, the garment is no longer exchangeable. 

 

We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to exchange items within our exchange timeframe. Mimmy Yeboah online shop does not have a store front, as such items are unable to be exchanged in person and must be sent via mail or courier.

 

All custom orders are not due to be returned, exchanged or refunded. Should the item be received faulty it has to be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment, ensure the item is in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Once the tags have been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
